Store Credit
If you prefer Store Credit, this option comes at no cost—$0! We’ll generate a convenient return label for you, and once your item(s) arrive at our warehouse, we’ll issue a gift card equivalent to the value of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping costs.
Refund
Should you choose to receive a Refund instead, please note that there is a fee of $5 for generating the same return label service; upon receipt of your item(s) at our facility, we will promptly credit back your original payment method for the value of what you’ve returned (again excluding any shipping fees initially paid).
Alternatively, if you’d like more flexibility or wish to avoid these costs altogether, you’re welcome to send back items on your own—just be sure to include your order number in the package. To begin this process, kindly fill out the form below specifying which items you’re returning.
